Finding realisations of the Holographic Principle beyond AdS/CFT is of vital interest both for our understanding of Holography itself and for the advance of Quantum Gravity in settings that involve de Sitter or Minkowski spacetimes. In my talk, I will discuss some of the peculiarities that arise in Flat-Space Holography, in particular in the case of (2+1)-dimensional bulk spacetime. I will highlight the role played by massive particles and fields as holographic probes and comment on possible generalisations to higher-spin gravity.
