PLATAN meeting in Finland

Tobias participated in the PLATAN 2024 meeting, which took place at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. PLATAN is a merger of the Poznan Meeting on Lasers and Trapping Devices in Atomic Nuclei Research and the International Conference on Laser Probing. It is a forum to exchange ideas between experimental and theoretical researchers. Tobias was invited to give a talk, titled “Electronic Bridge schemes in ²²⁹Th doped LiCAF”. This structure is interesting for the implementation of a solid-state nuclear clock. Tobias benefited from the vivid exchange during the discussions at the conference and could enjoy Finnish nature, such as the lake Jyväsjärvi.
