Back from Vienna

Alexander and Janek returned from the kickoff meeting of the special research area COMB.AT (“Coherent Optical Metrology Beyond Dipole-Allowed Transitions”) in Vienna. Adriana is part of this collaboration with the University of Vienna and the TU Vienna, as an expert on Thorium.  During the meeting, the master students had the opportunity to meet with another involved research group, to learn from their experience on this subject. Furthermore, Alexander and Janek were invited to a lab tour, which they both enjoyed very much. Adriana (online) and Alexander presented the work that had already been done by Tobias and former group members, as well as the planned projects for the next years.
