Title: Applying AdS/QCD methods to Composite Higgs Models

Abstract:

In explaining the EWSB, it was postulated that Higgs boson might be a composite state of pNBGs from the breaking of a larger global group. The AdS/CFT correspondence provides a dual theory which is weakly coupled to perform the perturbative calculations, for example the particles spectrum. In applications to QCD-like theories, the AdS/QCD models are developed. In this talk I will first review an AdS/QCD model and it’s variation applied to a general Yang-Mills theory, the “AdS/YM” model, for an abelian global group. Our extension to the non-abelian case will be introduced and the primary results will be discussed.
