"Higgs production in the SM and MSSM"

Abstract:
With the recent observation of a Higgs-like scalar at the Large Hadron Collider, precise predictions of the Higgs production cross sections become more and more important. An overview of the dominant Higgs production mechanisms will be presented in both the Standard Model and the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. Special emphasize will be given to differential quantities. In particular, the mass effects on distributions in the gluon fusion process will be discussed and Higgs plus jet production in the MSSM will be considered.
