Jets with ngVLA and WMT

Observing relativistic jets with ngVLA and the Wetterstein Millimetre Telescope

Future observing arrays offer unique capabilities to study relativistic jets with unprecedented resolution. With the next generation very large array (ngVLA) we will be able to study simultaneously the horizon scale and jet launching region of M87. In this project we will investigate the impact of additional German radio telescopes within the LEVERAGE project including the future Wetterstein Millimetre Telescope located at the Zugspitze.
