FRANCI
The North Bavarian Science Cluster for Astronomy and Astroparticle Phsics organizes the "FRANCI"-Meeting to support scientific exchange since 2013 every year. FRANCI is the akronym for 'FRanconian Astronomers Neighbourhood Collaboration Incentive'. The scientific program is set up by a comitee consisting of PhD students of the three participating parties. Most notably this offers the chance to students, who are part of the science cluster, to gather their first experience in giving a talk and presenting posters on a scientific conference. The members of the FRANCI comitee obtain competences in the fields of planing, organizing and realizing scientific conferences.
